  Religious Education Program for Children and Teens with a Developmental Disorder
  (Autism and/or an Intellectual Disorder)
  This program begins with a large group, then each student is paired with a teen mentor for individual instruction. Mentors are taught how to teach and model typical adolescent behaviors and mannerisms. We ask that parents and caregivers remain on site during the program so they are available if their child needs extra comfort or reassurance.
  These classes are from a curriculum approved by the USCCB.
  
  Sundays 8:00-8:45 a.m.

  The Diocese of Pittsburgh requires two years of formation prior to the celebrations of First Eucharist and Confirmation.
  All children registering for the program must submit a copy of their BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE to the Religious Education office upon registration. (To obtain a copy of your child's baptismal certificate, please contact the Diocese of Pittsburgh at 412-456-3158 or visit https://diopitt.org/sacramental-record-request.)
